Normalization notes

This planner uses public transit data that may be modified, normalized, and enriched for routing, station matching, destination discovery, and journey presentation.

Current MVP data also includes rail data extracts, curated MRT station/exit intelligence, and open stop/parking registry files used for search expansion.
